Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

This is a full-time Sales Executive role based in Jaipur, offered in a remote model that involves on-site work. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with automotive workshops, dealerships, and detailing studios, and promote Prismaxs product portfolio. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective and existing clients, explaining product features and benefits, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating pricing and terms, and closing sales. The role also involves preparing sales reports, tracking leads and conversions, coordinating with the operations team for order processing and deliveries, and gathering market feedback to support pricing and product strategies. The Sales Executive is expected to maintain a strong knowledge of automotive care products and represent the brand professionally at all times.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in automotive care, accessories, or related industries, with the ability to understand technical product features.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in explaining product value and handling client objections.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, sales reporting, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for managing pipelines and documentation.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and travel locally within Jaipur and complete Rajasthan region.
• Customer-focused mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to meeting sales targets.
• Relevant education in Business, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience as a Sales Executive or similar role is an advantage.
• Interest in automotive care, detailing, and protective coatings is highly beneficial.
