Sales Executive

* Generate new business leads for biomass pellets/briquettes through IndiaMART, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calling and other platforms.

* Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of IndiaMART is mandatory.

* Regularly check, respond to and follow up on IndiaMART enquiries/leads.

* Identify potential industrial customers such as boilers, power plants, factories and other biomass fuel users.

* Make outbound calls and develop new customers across target industries and locations.

* Understand customer requirements regarding quantity, quality, GCV, moisture, pricing and delivery.

* Prepare and share quotations and coordinate with customers for order closure.

* Maintain proper records of leads, quotations, follow-ups, orders and payments.

* Follow up regularly with existing customers to generate repeat orders.

* Coordinate with Production, Dispatch and Accounts for smooth execution of customer orders.

* Monitor competitor pricing and market demand.

* Achieve monthly sales and collection targets assigned by management.

* Develop long-term relationships with customers and improve customer satisfaction.

* Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management on lead status.

* Should have good communication, negotiation and convincing skills.

* Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development, when required.

* Experience in biomass, fuel, manufacturing or industrial B2B sales will be preferred.
