Salary: 30K - 40k Fixed + Incentives

We are looking for a confident Sales Executive who can convert enquiries into admissions and bookings for Cast & Craft Academy programmes and Crafting Memories B2C casting services.

Experience: 2-5yrs Of Sales Experience

Key Responsibilities-

-Contact and qualify leads received through advertisements, social media and referrals.

-Counsel prospects about academy programmes, workshops and casting services.

-Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable offering.

-Conduct structured follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and CRM.

-Convert leads into academy enrolments, consultations and casting bookings.

-Explain programme benefits, pricing, payment plans and service processes.

-Schedule studio visits, home consultations and casting appointments.

-Maintain accurate lead status, follow-up dates and payment details.

-Coordinate with operations, trainers and casting teams after conversion.

-Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

-Support upselling and repeat-sales opportunities.

-Collect customer feedback and maintain a professional client relationship.

KPIs-Inbound Calling, Customer Handling, Outbound Calling , Video Call Sales

We Are Looking For-

-Strong communication, counselling and negotiation skills.

-Comfortable with calling, follow-ups and target-oriented work.

-Ability to communicate confidently in Hindi and English.

-Experience in education, training, luxury services or consultative sales is preferred.

-Working knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets and WhatsApp-based selling.

-Energetic, disciplined and focused on conversions.

-Presentable and has an appealing personality with warm & soft tone of communication .
