About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for aspirants exploring SSBPsych. You'll guide them toward the right course, turn enquiries into admissions, and stay with them as a trusted point of support throughout their journey with us. This role blends counselling, sales, and student relationship management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people and is passionate about the defence space.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel defence aspirants on SSBPsych's courses and training programs, helping them choose the right fit for their goals
• Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions
• Generate and manage leads through online and offline channels
• Maintain accurate records of leads, admissions, and student interactions
• Resolve student queries promptly and provide support throughout their journey
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admissions and onboarding
• Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets while maintaining high service standards

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
• Basic understanding of the SSB selection process and the various defence entries

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand aspirants concerns with empathy
• Prior experience in sales, counselling, or customer relationship management
• Familiarity with SSBPsych's courses, products, and services
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn

Work Schedule

• Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Working days: 6 days a week

Compensation: Fixed + Incentive Based
