About the Role

AirIQ 365 Limited is looking for Sales Executives – B2B Travel to drive sales of international flight inventory and hotel products to travel agents, tour operators, DMCs, and other travel trade partners.

The role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, acquiring B2B travel partners, building long-term relationships, and generating repeat business across key international leisure destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Lead Generation

• Identify and develop new travel agents, tour operators, DMCs, and B2B travel partners.
• Research travel operators dealing in Vietnam, Dubai, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Bali, and other international leisure destinations.
• Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, references, online research, and other channels.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Sales & Revenue Generation

• Pitch and sell international flight and hotel products based on partner requirements.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Convert qualified leads into active B2B travel partners.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Drive repeat bookings and increase business volume from existing accounts.

Client & Account Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with travel agents and tour operators.
• Handle objections related to pricing, availability, competition, and product suitability.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing partners.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and increased booking frequency.

Reporting & Performance Management

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, accounts, bookings, and sales.
• Regularly update the sales pipeline and follow-up status.
• Track performance against assigned targets and KPIs.

KRA / KPI:

• New B2B travel partners identified and contacted
• New active travel agents and tour operators acquired
• International flight and hotel sales revenue generated
• Qualified lead-to-active-partner conversion rate
• Achievement of assigned sales targets
• Repeat bookings and booking frequency
• Revenue growth from existing accounts
• Sales pipeline and follow-up management

Candidate Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in Travel Sales; 2+ years of B2B/Travel Trade experience preferred.
• Experience dealing with travel agents, tour operators, DMCs, OTAs, or similar travel businesses.
• Strong knowledge of international airfares, hotel products, and leisure travel markets.
• Good destination knowledge, particularly:
• Vietnam | Dubai | Malaysia | Thailand | Singapore | Bali
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Good understanding of lead generation and business development.
• Target-oriented with the ability to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Comfortable with outbound calling, WhatsApp, email, and online lead generation.
• Graduate preferred.
