Sales Executive

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based at the ColourEdge facility in Faridabad. The Sales person shall primarily be responsible for Digital Marketing, managing sales leads through social media platforms, finding new sales opportunitiies, follow ups with prospective clients, making and manging social media content, video editing, meeting prospective clients through sales calls.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in client relationship management, customer service, and communication to engage prospects and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and sales negotiation, with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Basic understanding of painting services, interior and exterior textures, or wood polishing, or willingness to learn technical aspects quickly.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for handling multiple inquiries, site visits, and follow-ups efficiently.
• Comfort with using phones, email, and basic computer tools; experience with CRM or sales tracking software is an advantage.
• Prior experience in B2C or B2B sales, preferably in construction, interior design, home improvement, or related service industries.
• Ability to work on-site in Faridabad, conduct regular field visits, and collaborate closely with operations and production teams.
• Minimum of a diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience will be considered.
