Sales Executive

Location:- Hyderabad

Notice Period:- Immediate to 15 days

Role Summary:-

• The Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering training programs to support teams.
• This role ensures resource readiness continuous learning and alignment with evolving business and technical requirements

Key Responsibilities:-

• Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs
• Conduct refresher sessions and continuous learning initiatives
• Identify skill gaps and recommend training interventions
• Collaborate with QA and operations teams for training alignment
• Develop training materials and knowledge content
• Evaluate training effectiveness and performance improvements
• Support certification and readiness programs
• Track training progress and completion metrics

Required Skills Technical Functional:-

• Instructional design and training delivery skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate complex concepts into simple learning
• Knowledge of support processes and tools

Preferred Skills Good to have:-

• Experience in technical or product training
• Certifications in training or learning methodologies
• Experience with Microsoft technologies

Experience Required

• 3-6 years in training coaching or support roles
• Experience delivering training in supportcontact center environments
• Exposure to curriculum design and training effectiveness measurement
• Experience working with QA and operations teams
• Preferred experience in technical or partner support domains

Educational Qualifications:-

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
