Location: Noida,Sec-62, Uttar Pradesh

Experience Required: 23 Years (Minimum)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with 3 years of experience in the electronic components industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales, developing new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities in the electronic components segment
• Develop and manage relationships with OEMs, EMS companies, traders, and industrial clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, negotiation, closing, and follow-ups
• Maintain strong knowledge of electronic components such as semiconductors, ICs, connectors, passive components, etc.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for order fulfillment
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS updates

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electronic components sales/distribution
• Strong network in OEM/EMS/electronics manufacturing industry preferred
• Good understanding of electronic components and supply chain
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and basic reporting
