Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle pre-sales and post-sales activities for real estate projects.
• Manage and maintain customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Address customer queries and provide timely customer service and support.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth execution of the sales process.
• Assist customers with property-related consultation and coordination.
• Handle sales negotiations and work towards successful closure of deals.
• Follow up with prospective customers and support them through the decision-making process.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in real estate sales.
• Candidates with experience in pre-sales, post-sales, customer relationship management, or real estate consulting will be preferred.
• Graduate/Postgraduate candidates, preferably from Commerce or related fields.
• Good computer knowledge and proficiency is essential.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with good relationship management skills.
• Candidates under 25 years of age would be preferred.
• Candidates who are comfortable working across the Western Suburbs (Borivali to Boisar) will be preferred.
