Process: Inside Sales
Working Days: 6 Days Working
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience: Minimum 6 Months of Experience in Sales
CTC: Upto 3 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to generate sales.
• Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements.
• Explain products/services and provide relevant information to customers.
• Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns related to products/services.
• Maintain accurate customer details and sales activities in the CRM/system.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of customer requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant sales experience required.
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and 6 days a week.
• Candidates who are immediately available will be preferred.
