Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Follow ups on leads.
• Handle customer inquiries and explain property details.
• Arrange and conduct site visits.
• Maintain client relationships and follow up with prospects.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain sales reports and customer records.
• Understanding the client requirements.
• Good in cold calling and communicating with the clients.
• Maintaining the records in Excel and continue follow ups on the booking.

Key Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of experience in sales, preferably real estate.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with good follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Willingness to travel for site visits.
