Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound patient inquiries and convert consultations into bookings
• Explain Lasik/eye-care procedures, pricing, and packages to prospective patients
• Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person consultations
• Maintain CRM records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly sales/conversion targets

Preferred candidate profile

• 03 years in sales, healthcare sales, or telesales (healthcare/wellness/aesthetic industry preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
• Comfortable with target-based, incentive-driven roles
• Must be based in Gurugram/Delhi NCR
