Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales
Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Generate new business opportunities through direct sales activities, field visits, referrals, and lead generation campaigns.
- Identify and acquire customers seeking affordable home loan solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, DSAs, and channel partners.
- Conduct customer meetings and explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment options.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Guide customers through the loan application and documentation process.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and provide regular updates to customers.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance norms, and regulatory guidelines.
Education
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-5 years of experience in Home Loans, LAP, Affordable Housing Finance, Banking, Housing Finance Companies (HFCs), NBFCs, or Financial Services.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
