Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, referrals, social media, society networks, corporate contacts, and other relevant channels.
• Contact potential customers and understand their requirements and service needs.
• Explain Wizard Lifestyle Services, packages, pricing, and benefits clearly to prospective customers.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads through calls and WhatsApp to drive conversions.
• Schedule and conduct customer meetings or service discussions whenever required.
• Convert qualified leads into paid customers and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, customer discussions, conversions, and pending opportunities in CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with the Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth handover after a successful sale.
• Maintain professional communication and build a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and additional services.
• Prepare regular sales updates and reports for the reporting manager.
• Stay updated on Wizard Lifestyle Services, new offerings, pricing, and promotional activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1 to 3 years in inside sales, tele sales, customer service, or a B2C sales role.
• Strong spoken Hindi and English; comfortable on the phone for extended periods.
• Consultative rather than pushy this is a service business, not a hard-sell product.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools and basic spreadsheets.
• Graduate in any discipline.
