Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Attend customers and provide an excellent in-store experience.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.
• Handle billing, product display, stock arrangement, and basic store operations.
• Assist customers with saree selection and draping.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and premium store environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 4 to 7 years of retail sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Interest in sarees, Indian handloom, handicrafts, and ethnic products.
• Saree draping knowledge is an advantage.
• English & Hindi required; Kannada/Bengali preferred.
• Presentable, confident, and target-oriented.
