About this role
Sales Executive | The Klassic Store, Pune
The Klassic Store supplies premium event fabrics and stitched decor products to decorators, wedding planners, venues and mandap companies across Maharashtra.
THE ROLE
Office-based sales phone, WhatsApp and online enquiries. No field work.
• Convert enquiries from calls, IndiaMART, JustDial and Instagram into orders
• Understand customer requirements and send accurate quotations
• Follow up consistently until every deal is closed
• Build long-term relationships with repeat business clients
YOU HAVE
• 14 years in tele-sales, inside sales or B2B sales
• Fluent Hindi and English
• Strong phone and written communication
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel
