Profile: Sales Executive

Location: Hazratganj, Lucknow

Work Schedule: 6 Days Working | Day Shift

Salary: Up to 22,000 CTC per month

Quarterly Bonus: Up to 3500

Additional Incentives: Performance-based incentives

Eligibility

• Education: Any Graduate.
  
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
  
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers through calls, meetings, and other channels.
  
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
  
• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
  
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service.
