Job Description:
The role involves assisting customers inside the showroom as well as conducting limited field sales activities. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are passionate about sales and customer interaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Showroom Sales (80%)
• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals.
• Support billing, documentation, and customer service activities.
• Ensure the showroom is well-presented and customer-friendly.
Field Sales (20%)
• Visit customers or prospects as required for product demos or follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct follow-up visits to close sales leads generated from showroom inquiries.
Requirements
• Freshers can apply no prior experience required.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
• Two-wheeler is mandatory for field visits.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Basic knowledge of sales processes is an added advantage.
