Sales Executive

Manage a salon and trade territory across Tamil Nadu - building relationships, driving sell-out and hitting monthly targets. Field-based, with strong earning potential and clear progression.

• Own a defined salon and wholesale territory, visiting partners on a structured weekly beat plan.
• Take orders, drive sell-through and grow revenue against agreed monthly targets.
• Build lasting relationships with salon owners, stylists and trade buyers.
• Execute brand promotions, merchandising and new-product introductions in-store.
• Report market intelligence - competitor activity, pricing and demand trends - from the field.

• Graduate in any discipline; 1-3 years of field sales experience (beauty/FMCG preferred).
• Strong spoken Tamil and working English.
• Two-wheeler and valid licence for daily territory travel.
• Comfort with sales targets and CRM/order tools.

• Existing relationships within the salon or beauty trade.
• Experience selling premium or professional-use products.
