About this role
What You Will Do:
- Call every inbound lead within 15 minutes of assignment no exceptions
- Handle and follow up on leads generated through Justdial and IndiaMART respond promptly, qualify enquiries, and convert them
- Qualify leads using structured questioning understand requirement, budget, timeline, and decision authority
- Convert qualified leads to factory visits
- Present proposals and quotations to interested clients with Founder support
- Follow up consistently until closure calls, WhatsApp, visits
- Maintain lead tracker daily every call, every note, every next step updated same day
- Handle outbound cold calls to architects, resort developers, and farmhouse plot owners
- Manage and update the CRM daily enter new leads, update lead stages, record follow-ups, schedule next actions, and ensure no enquiry is missed or left unattended
Who We Are Looking For
Experience: 2 to 7 years in any of the following
- Real estate sales residential, plots, villas, farmhouses
- Building materials sales tiles, modular kitchens, interiors, glass, steel
- Premium product sales luxury automobiles, home automation, solar, furniture
- Interior design or modular furniture sales
Any sales role involving high-ticket products and relationship-based selling
Skills you must have:
- Strong phone presence confident, clear, and comfortable making 30 to 50 calls a day
- Fluent in Telugu and Hindi mandatory. Basic English for emails and documentation
- Smartphone proficiency WhatsApp Business, Excel or Google Sheets, basic email
- Self-starter does not need to be told to pick up the phone
- Resilient handles rejection professionally and follows up without losing energy
- CRM Management
What will make you stand out:
- Prior experience selling to HNI or premium segment clients
- Existing network in real estate, hospitality, or farmhouse buyer segment
- Experience booking and conducting site or property visits with clients
- Prior experience handling Justdial, IndiaMART, or other online lead-generation platforms
