Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets in the field, focusing on building relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations, provide technical support, and resolve customer issues to drive sales growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and training programs for sales representatives.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Job Requirements :

• 0-4 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering & construction industry.
• Strong understanding of channel sales principles and ability to build effective partnerships with distributors or resellers.
• Excellent communication skills for effective field sales execution; strong interpersonal skills for building customer relationships.
