Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Customer Presentation: Pitch and explain the project details, layout, and amenities clearly using the project brochure and marketing materials.
• Site Inspections: Conduct professional site visits for prospective buyers and Channel Partners, guiding them through the sample flat and project site.
• Partner Networking: Connect with Channel Partners via daily calling to invite them for site visits, brief them on the product offerings, and build strong business relations.
• Lead Engagement: Follow up with leads diligently to understand customer requirements and drive conversions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in a sales role (Real Estate experience is a plus, but not mandatory).
• Communication: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to pitch effectively to diverse clients.
• Skills: Confident presentation skills and a proactive attitude toward calling and networking.
