Job Summary
The Sales Field Executive is responsible for generating business through dealer and customer acquisition, maintaining relationships with existing dealers, sourcing new business opportunities, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate business through field visits and dealer engagement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.
Identify and onboard new dealers to expand business coverage.
Achieve monthly disbursement and sales targets.
Promote company products and services in the assigned territory.
Conduct market surveys and track competitor activities.
Assist customers with loan application procedures and documentation.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
Ensure regular follow-up on leads and prospective customers.
Submit daily activity and business reports to the reporting manager.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
0 to 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, BFSI, or automobile finance.
Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
