Sales Executive

Job Details Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers across domestic and relevant export markets through customer visits, networking, referrals, exhibitions and other business development channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with garment manufacturers, exporters, buying houses, brands and other relevant customers.
• Understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities for knitted fabrics and value-added products.
• Generate and manage customer inquiries, coordinate costing and quotations, and follow up to convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules and other commercial terms while maintaining targeted profitability.
• Secure customer orders/POs and coordinate with the Merchandising team for smooth order handover and execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requirements, commercial queries and execution-related concerns.
• Monitor the sales pipeline, customer opportunities and progress against sales targets.
• Develop repeat business by maintaining strong customer relationships and understanding future customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends, customer demand, competitor activities and pricing, and share relevant market insights with the team.
• Maintain accurate customer, inquiry, quotation, visit and order records through CRM/sales trackers.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and updates for management review.
