Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone calls, emails, or chats.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
• Provide accurate information about general insurance products to customers through effective communication skills.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address complex customer queries.

Job Requirements :

• 0-3 years of experience in BPO sales or telesales industry.
• Strong understanding of general insurance sales principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
