Role & responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, references, digital enquiries, and walk-ins.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to customers.
- Schedule and conduct site visits.
- Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Maintain customer and lead records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with CRM and Accounts teams for booking and documentation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales and follow-up reports.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
