About the Role

We are looking for Sales Executives to join our residential real-estate projects in Bangalore. The role involves lead generation, customer engagement, site visits, follow-ups and driving property sales and closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through direct sourcing, referrals and networking.
• Handle customer enquiries and understand property requirements.
• Conduct and coordinate site visits.
• Present project details, pricing, amenities and key USPs to prospective customers.
• Follow up with prospects and drive conversions.
• Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams throughout the sales and booking process.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in real-estate sales preferred.
• Experience in residential, plotted development or apartment sales is an advantage.
• Candidates with experience in Hoskote, KIADB, Budigere and East/North Bengaluru markets preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
• Immediate joiners / short-notice candidates preferred.
