About the Role:

We are hiring a dynamic Customer Service Engineer for Wonder Cement on a third-party payroll. In this role, you will bridge technical expertise and commercial growth by managing technical customer support and driving cement sales in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and guidance on cement application and quality to clients, builders, and contractors.
• Drive cement sales, achieve monthly targets, and expand the customer base.
• Conduct technical awareness meets, site visits, and product demonstrations for civil engineers and masons.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, channel partners, and influencers.
• Address customer complaints promptly and offer effective technical solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for sales and client servicing.
• Freshers or candidates with relevant experience in building materials/cement sales are welcome to apply.
