Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage showroom operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
• Oversee counter sales team performance and provide guidance on product knowledge and customer service standards.
• Ensure accurate recording of transactions using RSO software (Retail Sales Operations) system.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in financial reporting, including cash handling and reconciliation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in retail sales or related field (jewelry industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of jewelry products, including gold, silverware, gems, etc.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
