Sales Executive

Harish Jo's Trading Mentorship Program is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team!

We're looking for someone who is confident in communication, comfortable speaking with prospective customers, and interested in the world of trading and finance.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with potential students, understanding their requirements, explaining our trading mentorship program, and helping interested prospects make informed decisions about joining the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students through calls and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and explain the mentorship program clearly.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
• Handle sales conversations and work toward achieving monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and sales records.
• Coordinate with the team to improve the overall sales process.
• Stay updated on basic trading and financial market concepts.

Requirements

• Fluent Tamil speaker with strong communication skills.
• Basic understanding of trading or finance.
• Sales, telecalling, or customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Confident, energetic, and target-oriented approach.
• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Compensation

Base Salary + Commission
