end-to-end residential construction solutions, including design, approvals, construction execution, interiors and
project monitoring.
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to generate leads, engage prospective customers, understand
their construction requirements, present WeHouse solutions and convert qualified leads into successful project
closures.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, referrals, digital enquiries, brokers, architects, channel partners and other
sources.
Connect with prospective customers and understand their home construction, design and budget requirements.
¢ Explain WeHouse services, processes, value proposition and project offerings clearly to customers.
¢ Schedule and conduct client meetings, site visits and follow-ups as required.
¢ Manage leads from initial enquiry through negotiation and closure.
¢ Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM and submit regular sales reports.
¢ Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Design, Project Management and other internal teams for smooth customer
handover.
¢ Build strong and professional relationships with prospective and existing customers.
¢ Achieve assigned monthly sales, lead-generation and conversion targets.
¢ Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
Required Skills & Qualifications
¢ Bachelors degree in any discipline; Sales/Marketing qualification is an advantage.
¢ 03 years of experience in sales, business development, real estate, construction or a related field.
¢ Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
¢ Good customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
¢ Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated approach.
¢ Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
¢ Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
