About the Role

Sumati IAS is looking for an articulate, outcome driven student counselor for the role of business development executive. The primary responsibilities will be managing and nurturing prospective student leads and insuring smooth enrollment for Sumati IAS courses.

The role involves connecting with students through calls and WhatsApp, understanding their UPSC preparation needs, qualifying leads, guiding them toward the appropriate course and take it to the actual conversion.

Core Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with new leads.
• Respond to leads promptly and maintain a high lead-contact rate.
• Understand students UPSC preparation needs, goals, challenges, and course requirements.
• Qualify leads based on their interest, preparation level, target attempt, and course requirements.
• Provide accurate and relevant information about Sumati IAS courses, programs, features, and learning resources.
• Schedule counselling calls, demo classes, and course orientations for qualified prospects.
• Follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp to maintain engagement.
• Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up schedules, and communication history in the CRM.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and conversion-support targets.
