Role & responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and understand their saree preferences.
• Recommend sarees based on occasion, budget, fabric, and style.
• Explain product details, including material, design, price, and care instructions.
• Display and drape sarees professionally for customers.
• Encourage customers to explore matching blouses, accessories, and other products.
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns politely.
• Maintain attractive and well-organized product displays.
• Keep track of stock availability and inform the manager about shortages.
• Support billing, packaging, exchanges, and daily sales reporting.
