Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

* Manage reservations and bookings for multiple properties.

* Manage OTAs including MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda and Airbnb

* Manage Yanolja Cloud (Ezee) PMS and Channel Manager

* Update room rates, availability and inventory across OTAs.

* Monitor competitor pricing and implemented rate changes.

* Handle direct enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and social media.

* Manage Meta leads and followed up for booking conversions.

* Prepare quotations and handled guest booking queries.

* Coordinate with operations for check-ins, special requests and guest requirements.

* Manage OTA listing content, policies and property information.

* Handle cancellations, modifications and payment-related queries.

* Prepare revenue, occupancy and booking performance reports.

* Coordinate with OTA partners for listing and booking-related issues.

* Manage guest reviews and online reputation.
