Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Jockey products.
• Achieve daily, monthly, and store-level sales targets.
• Explain product features, sizes, fits, and offers to customers.
• Maintain proper product display and ensure the sales floor is well organized.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
• Support billing, stock checking, replenishment, and inventory activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards of the store.
• Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
• Follow company policies and retail procedures.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Previous retail/sales experience will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and enthusiastic personality.
• Ability to work in a team and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
