Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for Personal Loan, Business Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP) and Gold Loan products.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
• Handle the complete sales process, from lead generation to loan disbursement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSA partners and other business channels.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets as assigned by management.
• Conduct customer meetings and explain loan products, eligibility, documentation and process.
• Coordinate with credit, operations and collection teams for smooth loan processing.
• Follow up with prospective customers and ensure timely conversion of leads.
• Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions and sales activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in NBFC, Banking, Finance or Loan Sales will be preferred.
• Good communication, convincing and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong interest in sales.
• Knowledge of Personal Loan, Business Loan, LAP or Gold Loan will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with experience in field sales, direct sales or DSA/Channel Sales are preferred.
• Should be comfortable with customer visits and field sales activities.
• Good knowledge of local market and customer base will be an advantage.
