Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and dealers.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Handle B2B and B2C sales activities.
• Conduct market visits and identify potential customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
• Follow up on enquiries, orders, payments, and customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: At least 3 years of experience + proven track record in B2B/B2C sales or business development, preferably within the Textile & Apparel industry.

Skills:

• Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with business leaders and decision-makers.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong Excel skills preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess market conditions and develop effective strategies.
• Robust negotiation and closing skills, with a proven ability to secure profitable deals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for pursuing new business opportunities.
• Target-oriented with a commitment to perform field work as required, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
