Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the fertilizers or food products industry. The candidate should be based in Bangalore and capable of handling field sales activities across assigned territories in Karnataka. Fluency in Kannada is mandatory for effective communication with distributors, retailers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within assigned territory.
  
• Visit distributors, dealers, retailers, and customers regularly to generate sales.
  
• Promote fertilizer and food products and explain product benefits to customers.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
  
• Collect market feedback and competitor information.
  
• Ensure timely order collection, payment follow-up, and delivery coordination.
  
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
  
• Support promotional activities, demos, and field campaigns.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2–3 years of sales experience in fertilizers, agro inputs, or food product companies.
  
• Good understanding of local markets in and around Bangalore.
  
• Kannada fluency is mandatory (spoken).
  
• Basic knowledge of sales reporting and order management.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Willingness to travel locally within Karnataka.
  
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
