Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage showroom sales, counter sales, retail sales, and store operations to achieve targets.
  
• Develop strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  
• Ensure effective inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising standards are maintained.
  
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and improve overall performance.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries promptly and efficiently.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in jewelry industry or related field (retail sales).
  
• Strong knowledge of gems, gold, and other precious metals products.
  
• Excellent communication skills for building rapport with customers at all levels.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
