Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Store Performance

• Drive and achieve store sales, KPI, and profitability targets.
• Monitor sales performance and support initiatives to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and recommend suitable, substitute, new, and complementary products to customers.
• Support the achievement of operational and financial goals through effective sales management.

Customer Service & Sales Floor Management

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Assist customers in selecting products by providing accurate information on product features, quality, pricing, and care instructions.
• Resolve customer concerns and handle conflict situations professionally.
• Maintain high levels of customer engagement on the sales floor.

Store Operations

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Conduct pre-sale preparation of merchandise by verifying product details, quantities, pricing, labeling, and overall presentation.
• Ensure products are displayed according to company visual merchandising guidelines and international standards.
• Monitor product availability, quality, pricing accuracy, and shelf presentation.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Manage stock levels and ensure product availability across sizes and styles on the sales floor.
• Conduct inventory counts, stock audits, and replenishment activities.
• Coordinate stock movement and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Minimize stock loss and maintain effective inventory control practices.

Visual Merchandising

• Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure product displays are attractive, well-organized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve product presentation and customer experience.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
• Analyze sales trends and key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights to enhance store productivity and profitability.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and legal requirements.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations, hygiene standards, and security guidelines.
• Support loss prevention initiatives and operational compliance.

Team Collaboration & Communication

• Foster effective communication within the store team and across departments.
• Support training, coaching, and development of team members.
• Promote a collaborative and performance-driven work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in apparel, footwear, sportswear, or fashion retail.
• Strong sales management and customer service skills.
• Good understanding of retail KPIs and store performance metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in POS systems, retail software, and inventory management tools.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-leadership.
• Knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising practices.
• Awareness of compliance, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, and moving throughout the store for extended periods
