Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Sales Target Achievement

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve assigned goals.

2. Lead Generation

• Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold-calling.
• Qualify leads to ensure alignment with the companys products or services.

3. Client Engagement & Demonstration

• Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present the company’s offerings.
• Understand client needs and tailor presentations to address their specific requirements, with support from

the reporting manager.

• Fix appointments and coordinate demos for prospective clients.

4. Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Provide ongoing support, addressing client concerns or issues promptly.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
• Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.

6. Market Research

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Provide actionable feedback to the company on market needs and potential opportunities.
