Role & responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and understand their clothing requirements.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable outfits for weddings, festivals, parties, casual wear, and other occasions.
• Explain product features, fabric quality, sizes, prices, and available offers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper arrangement of garments.
• Check product availability, sizes, and stock on the showroom floor.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
• Support billing, packing, and smooth customer checkout when required.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and a well-organized shopping environment.
• Follow company policies and coordinate with other team members.
