About the Role
Vega Star Real Estate is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in speaking with customers, and an interest in real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle and follow up with potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.
* Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
* Generate and convert leads into successful sales.
* Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information in the CRM.
* Explain property details, pricing, payment plans and investment benefits to customers.
* Coordinate with the sales team for property visits and meetings.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
* Maintain daily activity and EOD reports.
Who Can Apply?
* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
* Graduates from any stream.
* Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, Inside Sales or Real Estate are preferred.
