Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage sales activities to achieve targets and grow revenue.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in service sales or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Sales Executive Activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and negotiation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
• Proficiency in using software such as Mod (modular) platforms for managing sales data.
