Sales Executive

Will do tele calling on daily basis on the data provided by the manager. Will be responsible for lead generation and calls handling of candidates who are interested to join thesales job. Will be responsible for monthly and yearly targets allocated to him/her for bulk sourcing.

The Telesales & Service Associate of sales paid memberships over the phone to clients who are looking for service. The role also includes achieving targets for up-gradation by ensuring regular service follow-ups

Experience in Matrimony, Online Platform, B2C or Tele-Sales will be preferred.

Strong Lead Generation & Conversion skills.

Good knowledge of Calling, Follow-ups & Customer Handling.

Ability to understand customer requirements and suggest suitable Matrimony Services/Packages.

Strong Communication & Convincing skills.

Good Negotiation & Sales Closing skills.

Ability to achieve monthly sales targets.

Experience in Upselling & Cross-selling of services.

Customer relationship management and regular follow-up.

Basic knowledge of CRM/Sales Software.

Positive attitude, confidence and strong interpersonal skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.
