About this role
Reports To: Sales Director
Experience: 2–5 yrs, B2B/industrial sales
Location: (Kalamboli) Mumbai
Role: Drive new customer acquisition and account growth for steel stocking and processing sales in the Mumbai region.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new B2B customers (automotive, plastics-mould, heavy engineering)
- Manage and grow existing accounts
- Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, quotation follow-ups
- Coordinate with HQ on orders, delivery timelines, and complaint resolution
- Maintain CRM pipeline; report sales performance weekly
- Gather market and competitor intelligence from the region
Ideal Profile: Experience in steel/metals, industrial components, or engineering/manufacturing sales preferred.
