About this role
Responsibilities
Identify and approach new hospitality clients.
Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, networking and field visits.
Visit restaurants, cafs, hotels, caterers and other businesses to understand their requirements.
Communicate with customers and understand their procurement needs.
Present our sourcing and procurement services to potential clients.
Prepare and share quotations/proposals with customers.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with the vendor/procurement team to fulfil customer requirements.
Negotiate and close deals.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups and sales.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Attend customer meetings and industry/networking events when required.
