Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our range of water treatment and pumping solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, field sales experience, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

 Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.

 Promote and sell Water Pumps, Pressure Pumps, Heat Pumps, Water Treatment Systems, and Inverter products.

 Visit builders, contractors, sanitary ware dealers, consultants, architects, hospitals, industries, commercial establishments, and residential customers.

 Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features, technical specifications, and benefits to prospective clients.

 Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up to close sales.

 Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

 Coordinate with the technical and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.

 Prepare daily visit reports, sales activity reports, and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

 Provide after-sales support and ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns. 

Required Qualifications

 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in pumps, water treatment, plumbing,

 Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

 Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory

 Salary: 20000 – 30000/- (depends on interview)
