Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Rajkot. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities for electrical distribution panels and related solutions, including automation panels, DG sets, UPS, and transformers. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and visiting clients, preparing and presenting technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with engineering and service teams, and managing the complete sales cycle from inquiry to order closure. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, tracking market trends and competitors, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and after-sales support. The Sales Executive will also support tenders and bids for private and government projects and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in industrial or electrical solutions.
• Candidates should possess customer relationship and communication skills, including client interaction, presentation abilities, and professional follow-up.
• Candidates should possess basic technical understanding of electrical panels, automation systems, DG sets, UPS, and transformers to interpret customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams.
• Candidates should possess planning and organizational skills, including pipeline management, territory planning, and timely reporting of sales activities.
• Relevant experience in B2B or project-based industrial sales is preferred, ideally in electrical or renewable energy sectors.
• Ability to work on-site, travel for client visits, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field, or a degree in Business/Commerce with strong technical aptitude.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools is beneficial.
