Dee Pet Services is a growing pet-care company providing professional veterinary and pet-care services for dogs and cats. We are expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive who can build strong relationships with pet parents and contribute to the growth of our services.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming enquiries from pet parents through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Understand customers requirements and recommend suitable veterinary and pet-care services.
• Convert leads into confirmed appointments and sales.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to improve conversion rates.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Generate repeat business and encourage customers to use additional relevant services.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the veterinary and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic service-related concerns.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and contribute ideas for improving sales.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and build a strong customer base.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, customer service or business development preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
• Candidates with experience in pet care, veterinary, healthcare, retail or service-based businesses will be preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
